He as assisted many privately held companies maximize their profitability and value through optimizing capital structure, securing growth capital, managing accelerated growth, employing financial and operational best practices, mergers and acquisitions and developing and executing sound exit strategies. 

Gary graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a BS degree in accounting and holds a dormant Certified Public Accountant license in the state of New York.
