Kristina is an accomplished Fractional CFO and operational finance leader with over 20 years of expertise in the private sector.  Her industry experience includes manufacturing (discreet, process and job), professional services, technical/engineering, tangible product distribution, food manufacturing, and construction.  Kristina serves as the strategic financial partner executive boards and owners need to meet organizational goals – whether it be growth, stability, an exit or all three.

Kristina has experience with a wide range of topics as an employee and as a consultant.  Some of those topics include: private equity (sale side and portfolio company financial leadership), mergers and acquisitions due diligence and PMI, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system selection and deployments; technology roadmaps/IT guidance and more. With her strong background in financial analysis, her experience in Information technology has proved beneficial as she progressed heavier into financial planning and analysis roles and ERP projects over the years.
