Kristina has over 20 years of true operational financial executive leader experience in the private sector. She provides the strategic financial partner executive boards and owners need to meet organizational goals – whether it be growth, stability, an exit or all three. Driving financial health is the primary focus for Kristina in her engagements. A well though financial strategy along with healthy finances provide the building blocks necessary to successfully execute a growth or exit strategy. 

Kristina earned a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to earning her minor in Finance, she minored in IT which proved beneficial as she progressed into heavier FP&A roles and ERP projects over the years.
