Roy is a seasoned Fractional CFO with over 37 years of expertise in both the public and private sectors. After selling his own regional company in 2002, he worked with several Private Equity Groups to support their Executive CFO needs.  Roy is well versed in company growth as well as turnaround and work-out situations, mergers and acquisitions, and exits. Industry experience includes manufacturing, wholesale trade, professional services, and management companies.

Roy’s other specialties include negotiations, traditional and non-traditional debt financing, capital structure optimization and management of debtor and investor relations.  With his strong background, Roy understands day-to-day company executives and operating teams and manages the needs on both sides of the business relationships.
