As a seasoned Executive Professional with over 37 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Roy has worked with several Private Equity Groups and their small to mid-cap Portfolio Companies to secure their Executive CFO needs. He is well versed in company growth as well as turnaround and work-out situations, mergers and acquisitions, and exits. Other specialties include negotiations, traditional and non-traditional debt financing, capital structure optimization and management of debtor and investor relationship.

Roy is a graduated of Stetson University with a BBA degree with majors in Accounting and Finance.
